STUNNING flowers. Asked for a $30 bouquet as was totally blown away - it looks like it’s worth more like $50. I was also running late so the owner stayed late until I got there, so sweet!!

If I could I would rate Staircase Florist a 10!! Tonya is an absolute gem!! The arrangement was over the top beautiful!!! I will never get flowers from anyone else. Thank you so much for helping to make a wonderful lady’s 80Th birthday even better!!

I was pleased with the lady on the phone. She went above and beyond to help me. I live in Mansfield ohio and called her to send flowers to my girlfriend who is in Copley ohio. She took the order and delivered them the next day not only was I happy but she made the most beautiful lady I know have the greatest day ever. I would tell anyone to shop here. The owner should know that they have the best shop and employees ever

I'm so happy to find this place. Nice husband and wife. Last minute boutonniere and she made it while I stood there. 15 minutes in and out. I'll make sure to use them from now on!

I have ordered arrangements from Staircase Florist a few times and am always very grateful for the wonderful service and beautiful flowers that are delivered. The women I have spoken with, Erica and Gwen, are very polite and helpful, always kind and friendly. You don't get this kind of caring service elsewhere. I highly recommend them.

I am incredibly happy with my purchase. I called to have a dozen red roses delivered in Akron. I spoke with Tonya who was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Their prices were great, too! On top of all that, they were able to get them delivered the same day. I highly recommend them!

I ordered 2 arrangements from an on-line source. For some reason they used two different florists. The arrangement from Staircase was so much more, just more, than the other. It is so beautiful. And the delivery person was very thoughtful. Thank you so much. I will use this florist again!!!
